Healing Beyond Medicine
I spent more than 15 years in the healthcare — trained in science, grounded in evidence, focused on fixing what was broken. I was good at it. But the deeper I went, the more I saw the same thing: people coming back with the same problems, treating symptoms without ever reaching the root.
Then my own life demanded the same honest look. When I faced my marriage problems I couldn't outthink. Emotional and physical health issues I couldn't medicate away. Underneath it all was something I hadn't been willing to face — a deep rejection of myself. Who I actually was. I hid behind competence, stayed under the radar, kept my guard up. I didn't know how to manage stress. I didn't know how to be myself without flinching.
The turning point wasn't a single moment. It was slow and uncomfortable. I started with mindfulness practices that I resisted. Therapies. Sound healing. Working out. Getting proper nutrition. Connecting with people I'd kept at arm's length. Piece by piece, mistakes over mistakes. I started learning about myself — not the version I performed, but the real one. My gifts, my weaknesses, the patterns I kept repeating and the lessons inside them.
But here's what changed everything: it only stuck when I felt it in my body, understand the mechanics behind my behaviours with mindset and my character. I could understand my patterns through Chinese Metaphysics (Bazi). I could see why I kept hitting the same walls. But understanding alone didn't shift anything. It was when I brought that knowledge into the body — through breathwork, sound, movement, physical practice — that the change became real. Not temporary relief. Sustained change.
EC Metaphysics Holistic exists because of that gap. The gap between knowing what's wrong and actually feeling different. Between insight and integration. I built this practice to close it — for women who are smart enough to see their patterns but haven't yet found a way to change them in their body, not just their mind.

We treat the person.
Most approaches stop at awareness. You learn about yourself — your chart, your type, your patterns — and then you're left to figure out what to do with it. Or they start with the body — breathwork, yoga, sound healing — without understanding why the same tension keeps coming back. ECMH does both. We start with self-knowledge — your energetic patterns, your strengths, your blind spots — and then we move it into the body. Because insight without integration is just information.
And relaxation without understanding is just temporary relief. The result is transformation that holds. Not a one-time emotional release. Not a chart reading you forget in a week. A sustained shift in how you understand yourself, how you carry stress, and how you make decisions and ultimately living your life the fullest
